FITNESS

In 2020, Taylor received her Pilates mat and Barre certification through Ellie Herman Pilates. She's currently enrolled in the Balanced Body Scholarship Program and will receive her comprehensive certification in Pilates. In my Taylor practice combines her knowledge of various movement practices to help others find ease, connection, and pleasure within their bodies.
