Taylor Collier is NYC based performing artist, Pilates instructor, and dance educator. Her company credits include work with TU Dance in which she acquired repertoire from choreographers such as Alvin Ailey, Ron K. Brown, Dwight Rhoden, Francesca Harper, Stefanie Batten-Bland, Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, and Marcus Willis. Taylor was a founding company member in Come Through - an evening length collaboration with the Grammy-Award winning band Bon Iver. In addition to her company work, her musical theatre credits include GUYS & DOLLS (Guthrie Theater), BILLY STRAYHORN: Something To Live For (Pittsburgh Public Theater),  MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM and MALVOLIO (Classical Theater of Harlem), and SHOWBOAT (San Francisco Opera). In 2024, Taylor signed with DDO Artist Agency in their musical theater department and is a member of the American Guild of Musical Artists Union (AGMA). In addition to her dance career, Taylor has received her mat and barre certification through Ellie Herman Pilates and currently enrolled in the Balanced Body Scholarship Program in pursuit of her comprehensive Pilates certification.

A Washington D.C. native, Taylor acquired her B.F.A from Dominican University of California/LINES Ballet Program after graduating from Sidwell Friends School in 2010. She has as history of work with the JUNTOS collective, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that uses dance to develop leadership and collaboration building in vulnerable communities in Central America. Most recently, Taylor became a member of the Xi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
